Do i need to register before I can buy anything?

No, you can easily buy anything you like without having to register. You simply add the item you want to your cart and go the check-out area where you can pay your products. Making purchases in our online shop is secure. For details on our security measures, please see terms and conditions.

How can I pay?

We offer several methods of payment.

Is this site secure?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Bancontact/MisterCash and Paypal. All transactions are verified and secured through the Ogone Payment system.

An item is missing from my order, any chance I can still get it?

Contact us straight away after you have noticed something is missing from your order. Then you can choose if you still want us to produce it and send it to you, obviously with no extra shipping costs for you to pay. Or if you want us to transfer the money back to you.

The price has changed since I ordered, can I get a refund?

Our prices can change in response to stock, demand from customers. In any of these cases we will not refund the difference.

I have received a faulty item/ incorrect item/wrong size. What should I do?

If you think you have received a faulty item, please contact us as soon as you can at info@sixinch.eu. Please attach photos and your comments. Do not send back any items before you have our approval. If by mistake you have received an incorrect item or the wrong size, contact us at info@sixinch.eu and we'll sort it out immediately for you.

Can I add items to an existing order?

It is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. You will have to place a new order. If you would like both orders delivered together, let us know at info@sixinch.eu.

Has my order been shipped out yet?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. From here it should be delivered within the timeframe we advertise.

How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping cost will depend on size and quantity of your order. It will be estimated while you place the order.

Is my package insured?

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from SIXINCH Kontich to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.

How long do I have to return (part of) my order?

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt for an echange/refund. Items returned must be unworn,in original packaging and in resalable condition. Delivery Charges are non-refundable.

How do I return my order?

You can simply return (part of) your order by sending it back to us within 14 days after you have received it, for whatever reason. You can choose whether you want an exchange or a refund. You can open the package and check the content but the product must be returned unused. Goods should be protected in a box or plastic bag. When you return something by post, you need to fill in and enclose the return form that you receive each time you place an order. If you have not received one or lose it, please contact us at info@sixinch.eu. The address is Singel 7, 2550 Kontich, Belgium. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, we can not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. If you return an item from outside the EU, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. SIXINCH is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made. Shipping costs will not be refunded. This applies to the original shipping cost for your order as well as the return shipping cost. In the case of a faulty item (or any other mistake from our side), we will cover the cost of the shipping. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply to the above listed criteria.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

We will refund your payment within 2 weeks after we have recieved the goods. Please note that there might be a delay for the money transfer depending on your credit card company. Refunds will only be made if the return complies with our returns policy listed above.

Will you refund my delivery charge?

We will not refund any delivery charges, unless you have received a faulty item or in the case we made any kind of mistake.

Have you received my returned products?

A soon as your return has been received and checked, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. This process may take 1-3 weeks after you have sent the goods.
